Masque presents the opportunity to taste a 10 course vegetarian menu curated by celebrated vegan chef Scott Winegard together with Chef Prateek Sandhu. This unique menu paired with Belvedere’s Spritz cocktails, will combine the best of India’s seasonal produce with Chef Winegard’s international flair for utilizing every component of the plant in his food - a truly fitting tribute on World Earth Day which falls on April 22.
Masque will also be installing alive “Plant Kitchen” at the restaurant from where ingredients for both food and cocktails will be sourced. The coming together of the 3 entities is to highlight the philosophy on all things natural and the need for natural & fresh ingredients as part of cuisine and the concept of farm to table.
