What Is It?

Love your Americana? Time to step past burgers {not that there's anything wrong with burgers: here are some of our faves on a budget in Bandra}. Restaurants and bars across Mumbai will be creating and offering a unique food and beverage menu using American ingredients, beer, wine and cocktails as part of The Gr8 American Food and Beverage Festival this month.

Who Is It For?

For those who bleed red, white and blue. And for those who love the following restaurants - Atul Kocchar’s Lima, Korner House by chef Vicky Ratnani, Ellipsis, Woodside Inn, Woodside All Day Bar & Eatery, Light House Cafe, Euro at Sahara Star, Cafe Zoe, AKA, The Sassy Spoon, and Please Don’t Tell.

Why Should I Go?

For the amazing menu. Some of delightful dishes for the festival include the pear Danish blue ravioli at AKA, crepes with American corn and spinach at Cafe Zoe, potato croquettes with Californian walnut cream at Lima, buffalo tenderloin smokey BBQ sauce and house fries at Sahara Star, kale and ricotta spanakopita with Meduri dried cranberries and sage at Sassy Spoon, Tahiti panna cottage with brandy-marinated Wilbur prunes at Woodside All Day Bar & Eatery, bruratta with pesto, rocket leaves, garden tomatoes and fried habit whole almonds at Woodside Inn, PB&J Our Way at Light House Cafe and Washington apple tarte tartine at Ellipsis.

Anything Else?

The festival is only ongoing till October 26, so head to your favourite restaurant from the list soon.
