This All-Vegetarian Cafe Serves Coconut Mocha & Is Perfect For Breakfast Dates

Hop your way to an all-vegetarian cafe, The Bean & Green Cafe, cutely tucked away in Kandivali East. It’s cosy and serves coffee that keeps us going back for more.

The Bean and Green Cafe is the kind of cafe that hugs you with comfort. It’s a tiny space with an ambiance befitting for coffee dates and monsoon outings with a chai in your hand and a plate of mac n cheese on the table.

Since its tiny in terms of space, the seating is limited. They have cute cushions with witty quotes spread on the seats as comforters. Step in and leave your woes behind, instead order in a coffee or chai {whatever’s your poison, we don’t judge}. It is also a really affordable place as you don’t end up burning a hole in your pocket by indulging in lots and lots of food.

Now do not be put off by the fact that it is a vegetarian place. This cafe, though does not serve meat, does really good breakfast from 8am to 11am. Why isn’t breakfast date a thing already? We say, start the revolution and get your waffles to order.

The menu is diverse enough with its soups, cheese chilli toast, cheesy garlic mushroom and more dishes that make for quick bites. From the breakfast menu, they do waffles, pancakes, toasts {cinnamon and sugary} and aloo parathas as well. Of course, if early mornings aren’t your jam, order from the regular menu.

If we recommend this cafe for anything, it would be for its drinks. There’s different flavours of tea, milkshakes, coffee and freshly squeezed juices – for the health nut in you.

Coffee lovers, this is the place for your caffeine fix. Channel in your Lorelai and order in an Americano {it’s huge and priced at INR 90}. For the subtle coffee lovers, try out coconut mocha, vanilla latte, and their delish hot chocolate. They also serve a vegan iced coffee {INR 140}
