Harsh Negandhi isn’t a home-baker or a home-chef, as we often find in Mumbai. He is a home brewer, if that’s a word and his poison of choice is a lesser-known but highly loved kombucha. A kombucha is a fermented fizzy tea.

First introduced to it from a friend in Goa, Harsh now brews this delicious and refreshing drink at his home. He makes these in two flavours – green tea and black tea, and these are supposed to be good for health.

Just order your bottle in. The 250ml bottle is for INR 150, and he does free delivery across South Mumbai {till Lower Parel} with a minimum order of 2 bottles. Beyond that there’s a standard charge of INR 100 for delivery.
