What Makes It Awesome

For Gurshaan Mayal, this lockdown was all about turning lemons into lemonade. Which he did, by kickstarting an awesome homegrown brand called Vibe Sauces. Years of experience in the food industry, a few fun kitchen experiments and multiple tasting sessions later, he funnelled down his menu to include five gourmet items. Before I deep dive into these flavoursome sauces/spreads, I'd like to mention that all their products are 100% vegan, gluten-free, without any refined sugar and preservatives.

Spoiler alert: major drools ahead!

Starting with everyone's favourite, the good old Maharashtrian thecha. This spicy chutney needs no introduction. They've made this using their grandmother's secret recipe, but with a twist. Hence, while this can be enjoyed with your dal chawal, it's equally lip-smacking when eaten with say your pizza slice. If you're a crazy fan of Asian food (like I am), you can opt for their burnt garlic chilli oil. Which also happens to be their best seller! This one's apt for Chinese cuisine and mainly dishes that require stir-fry.

Next, they've got Sichuan Shitake pepper sauce, which Mayal says is a great marinade for protein like paneer, tofu, or meat. Salad lovers, rejoice! Their basil cashew dressing is here to make your salad flavourful and anything but boring. And lastly, they've got lemon-chilli mayo which you can use in your sandwiches, burger, pasta, or Mexican dishes as well.

Their pricing starts from INR 345 and upwards.

Pro-Tip

Well, being a foodie, I highly recommend their sauces and salad dressings to jazz up your boring ghar ka khana.
