Planning to switch to a vegan lifestyle and lacking choices in the commercial market? Why not try you hand at making your own plant-based cheeses! This workshop in Borivali is organised by Sharan, a health and wellness organisation that works towards a compassionate, animal-cruelty-free lifestyle. 

The class led by Madhura Vayal and Ruchi Singh teaches you how to make a variety of different cheeses. You'll learn how to make mozarella cheese balls, feta cheese, chickpea slices, cauliflower garlic cheese, and pepper jack and tofu gouda and you'll also get a chance to sample your creations once the class is over.
