As we all know, Delhi is so famous for their chaat food; this restaurant has brought that directly from Delhi. The menu is simple, classy and truly authentic. When you will taste it, I am sure you will agree that the taste is spot on. The names of dishes will make you want to try everything on the menu. Apparently, the masalas they use, are brought from Delhi, making it more authentic. That's probably their secret!
We tried Pancharanga Golgappa, homemade puri made from rawa and served with 5 different flavours of paani like Hing {Asafoetida}, Pudina {Mint}, Adrak {Ginger}, Imli {Tamarind} and saunth {Dry Ginger} -- it's a must order! Then we had Khan Market Karari Aloo Tikki, GK Market ki Posh Palak Patta chaat which is palak that is besan-batter fried till crisp, and then topped with sweet dahi, chana, potato, green and sweet chutney, sev and juliennes of carrot, beetroot. Shankar Market ke Rajma chaval came next -- a perfectly cooked rajma, cooked with secret masalas, served on steamed rice and topped with papad and pickle. Sitaram Bazar ki Aloo Bedmi Poori is also good and served with poori. Finish off with Desi Ghee ki Jalebi. It was delicious and no words can express or explain the taste. Not into dessert, then end with Kadak Masala Chai.
