An American jewellery store, Claire’s at first will seem to you like it’s a teenager’s fantasy – and it probably is. From the outside, it’s baby purple in colour, but inside you will find in the earrings section some of the funkiest designs to hang on your ears.

We bought ourselves a pair that have coffee to-go cups hanging from the hook, and a penguin round ones which are super cute. The earrings start at approx INR 300.

The store can be found inside High Street Phoenix in Lower Parel, in Phoenix Marketcity and R City in Ghatkopar.
