The eatery, known for its Cantonese cuisine is spreading cheer with a Chinese New Year menu this month. What’s on the menu? Pork siew long bun, asparagus and edamame dumpling, stir-fry mushrooms with golden mantao, wok fried native lobster in black truffle sauce, Baked Chilean sea bass with kumquat glaze and so much more. Pair this up with the ‘Happy Daisy’ a cocktail that comprises Tanqueray No.10 gin, Chartreuse Yellow, lemon, spiced mandarin jam, egg white and soda water. Finish your meal with the Golden Fortune dessert {ginger caramel, roasted macadamia nuts and lemongrass}.
To keep the tradition going, they also have a wishing tree – you write a wish and tie it along with other cards. Plus, the menu has been curated by chefs from world over – so you’ll have the best of everything.
