Attra farms is situated not very far from Mumbai and also near Pune in the hilly terrain of Maharashtra. The best time to visit here is the monsoon and winter. Suitable for all sorts of travellers be it nature lovers like me, city dwellers, fitness and yoga enthusiasts, teens and kids.
It is a rustic nature trail spread over 10 acres adjoining the Morbe dam giving it a countryside feel while having a picturesque valley on the other side. The place has 3 bungalows with 3-4 rooms on each floor which are so well kept and managed to leave no room for disappointment.
The other thing which brings this place so close to my heart is the homely vibe it spreads. The regional and local delicacies prepared by the chef were mouthwatering and so much like moms food. They provide non-spicy food for children too. If you wish to cook, a kitchenette is provided in every bungalow which allows you to make your food.
At night if you're with a huge group of friends or family you could also set up your private barbecue around a campfire and sing along and dance to umpteen tunes. Apart from this they also have some team activities and sports which leave no speck of boredom when here.
Also for all the water babies, people who want to take a dip, there are 2 swimming pools for the same which has no chlorine used, isn’t that Great?
