There are very few pure vegetarian restaurants left in the city, and K Bhagat Tarachand is one of them. A legacy that started in 1895, by the Late Shree Tarachand Chawla as an eatery in Karachi. His magnetic personality, generosity and goodwill combined with his humble, homely and delicious food earned him the title of 'Bhagat', given to him by his patrons. Post partition this 125-year-old restaurant was brought to the famous Zaveri Bazaar!
