Zumba Toning involves aerobics, dance and toning using light-weight toning sticks. The idea is to tone your body and give you the curves, along with the much-needed cardio exercises and strength-training workouts to build your stamina and endurance.

Takes Zumba to the pool! It involves low impact, high-energy aquatic exercises, in waist deep water. With the fact that you move your whole body against the resistance of water in Aqua Zumba and gravity, you end up burning more calories that you would have burned otherwise. Aqua Zumba is known to alleviate joint pains, is an awesome body toner and the best part, you do not even need to know how to swim for it.

This is a 30-minute session in an actual gym that combines the methods of Zumba and Circuit Training, and uses both machines and songs. Zumba in the Circuit is perfect for those who have busy schedules and can’t devote the regular 60 minute sessions that regular Zumba classes have.

Using a chair as your partner, Zumba Sentao is a high intensity workout that focuses on defining your muscles, improving overall cardiovascular health and burning major calories in the process. It is the most unique way to challenge the muscles of the body without having to lift weights.

Zumba Step

Looking to strengthen your glutes and ton those legs? Look no further! Zumba Step combines the strengthening power of Step aerobics and the fun of a Zumba class for a cardio workout that defines and sculpts your core and legs.

#LBBTip: Some of these classes are ongoing at various studios and gyms across the city while the others are special master classes and events conducted from time to time.
