Beyond The Ozone at Toshin

Toshin Chocolate Patisserie makes artisanal and handcrafted desserts and cookies, and for the summer, they’ve come up with a dessert called ‘Beyond The Ozone’ which is a fusion of slow-reduced mango and mascarpone cheese along with mango squares and vanilla dacquoise that’s velvety to touch. It’s soft, creamy and perfect for this season.
