AAMAD is a studio space that offers a wide variety of fitness classes and workshops. Geared towards a holistic lifestyle, they also have classes like guitar, hip-hop, zumba, yoga and more. XFF – Xtreme Fight Federation, Bandra
Located in Andheri, Khar and Nepeansea Road (PDP sports complex), XFF offers classes around the city. We love their evening classes. Held thrice a week, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, you can sign up for these classes post work or college. They also have classes on other days of the week and weekends. They offer three packages in varying levels of flexibility in 3 month periods.
Timings: Mon, Wed, Fri 7 AM to 10 AM, 5 PM to 10 PM; Tue, Thu, Sat 5 PM to 9 PM

Fight Elite MMA, Andheri
Geared towards beginners of all ages, the MMA classes at Fight Elite MMA are divided according to skill set. The beginner sessions are held six times a week from Monday to Saturday. We hear the classes are women-friendly, with the instructors finding the sweet spot between respectful and challenging. The institute also offers personal training for those who don't wish to sign up for the group classes. The institute is shut on Sundays.
