Say Whaaat?

Reportedly, railways will inaugurate a new premier train service between Mumbai and Goa, called Tejas Express today, and it will be a massive upgrade from what our travels have been like so far. As reported in The Hindu, there will be cuisine curated by celebrity chefs, tea and coffee vending machines, magazines and snack tables, integrated braille displays and individual LCD screens for the passengers {awesome, right?}. But there’s more. There will be water level indicators in bio-vacuum toilets, sensorised taps, and hand driers along with WiFi facilities too {this is just getting better and better}.

The stat-of-the-art facilities will be a part of this 20-coach train that will also have automatic doors and secured gangways for all coaches. The far from Mumbai to Goa in the AC chair-car seat will be INR 1,190 and for the executive chair-car seat it will be INR 2,590 {catering will be a part of these fares}.

After the Mumbai-Goa service, there’s likely to be a similar one for Delhi- Chandigarh too.

So, We're Saying...

Honestly, we can’t wait to embark upon this fancy journey from Mumbai to Goa and we’re sure as hell gonna book our tickets the minute we get a chance.
