Salt and Pepper Prawns is one of my favourite Chinese appetizers. The entire dish has that crunchy texture from the stir-fried veggies and if the prawns are done right, their soft tenderness perfectly complements the crispy veggies.
It doesn't matter where you have this dish as most restaurants do it really well. I love eating this dish.
