Lunch at Mac N Cheese pasta located at Lower Parel but quite near to Elphinstone Station. Small stall type structure on the same platform of Thinkjuice Mumbai. Although being small but the food and variety and the owners approach made me very happy. The owner himself cooks food and serves with a smile on his face and takes a review of his dish and happily accepts the comment if any. The owner suggested me dishes based on my taste preferences and all that he served proved to be a gem. He said to be a very good thing that sir you like to eat food vis-a-vis I like to cook food and serve them to people and that's I loved the most. From service to quality and taste of food, each thing was damn fabulous and dishes name itself were mouth-watering.
I tried the following items:
1. Punjabi Maggie: A new name and taste to all-time favourite Maggi. Made with spicy Punjabi taste to it and mixed with different vegetables and that spicy taste carved a different niche to a simple Maggie all together and trust me it was yummy.
2. Maggie Bhel: On seeing it I asked it straight away what exactly is this dish he replied with a smiling face that sir have to try Chinese Bhel I replied that yes many a time and then with a firm voice he said it is Maggie Bhel and it is my favourite so you must try sir and after having it my and owner choice were on same track and I too liked it a lot. Crunchiness and Maggie taste a great blench of things to invent all-new bhel and worth shot.
3. Melting Cheese Sandwich: cheesy and soft bread with delicious stuffing inside made my lunch a truly marvellous one. Must try one.
