Lemon Leaf, a pan-Asian restaurant has opened its latest shop in Colaba – and all with a gourmet makeover.

Chow Down

Lemon leaf, which started off in Bandra and Andheri, and subsequently shutting in Bandra {now just offering home delivery options to its patrons there}, has launched a brand new restaurant in Colaba in a week’s time. The decor of this new opening features a theme and decor inspired by the beliefs of Mau – for anyone looking to dine in a soothing ambience.

This restaurant, we’ve been told, is all about gourmet Asian cuisine inspired from the far east. Though they have brought in their old menu, with the same dishes like their burnt garlic chicken soup, kao suey, and of course, the dim sum platters, the new restaurant is also doing Asian Tapas {only 7pm onwards} sushi rolls, and charcoal grills.

Sip On

Go for their cocktail collection, including lemongrass, sea nectar and many more. All conjured up using fresh ingredients, there and then, they serve as a great accompaniment to the hot dishes. However, the drinks are served only during the weekend, for the time being, so on the weekdays, we recommend sampling their homemade ice cream, especially the pumpkin spice flavour {welcome Halloween the right way}.

So, We’re Saying…

If you’re in the mood for some light Asian cuisine, head to Lemon Leaf, and order a massive sea food dim sum platter.

Where: 4, Mandlik Road, next to Indigo, Colaba.
