What Makes It Awesome?

Went to this lovely place at fort, very close to the station and really awesome service and food.

A little more details about my experience here.
For drinks we had:-

MEETHA PAAN:- This drink is for the paan lovers. Definitely worth the bucks. It consists of a blend of paan, gulkand ,& lime. Highly recommended.

SHIKANJVI:- This is tangy mocktail consisting of chat masala, lime & black salt. The taste was exactly as I expected tangy and perfectly balanced so I loved it !!

Starter
NON VEG KEBAB PLATTER:-
This starter looked so Deliciously beautiful and scrumptious that I couldn't stop myself from eating this the moment it arrived.

It consisted of Chicken malai tikka , Tandoor lamb , Tandoori jhinga ,Murg tikka Punjab grill.

These kebabs were so yummy and the chicken was so tender that it's highly recommended from my side. The tandoor jhinga consists of jumbo sized prawns and were so yummy and flavourful. Murg tikka Punjab grill was spicy chicken where the flavours just burst in your mouth. Tandoori lamb was also very soft and appetizing.

BHARWAN KUMBH PESHAWARI:- In the veg starters, we had this mushroom dish. This dish had a lot of flavours going on and was seriously surprised to have so many flavours in a single mushroom bite. It consisted of chillies, cashews, ginger, garlic and much more to spice it up. Highly recommended to have this one for the vegetarians.

For Main course we had:-

JHEENGA CURRY:-
One of the best fish curries I ever had is here. The curry was so flavourful and prawns were just a treat to it. Tasted so good with or without rice that we just kept drinking it by spoon.

DHANIYA MIRCH DA KUKAD:-
This dish reminded me of my homemade style chicken curry but the flavours were so much enhanced. It consisted of chicken drumsticks and the gravy medium spicy and tasted so good with the laccha paratha and tandoor roti we had with this gravy.

DAL PUNJAB GRILL:-
Now, this might seem weird but the star of all the dishes was this dal right here! Not kidding. This was no ordinary daal. It was light, tasty, tempting and totally flavorful. We even took it home we were loved it that much!!!

Steam rice:- Consisted of basmati rice and tasted so good with jhinga curry and dal.

And for something sweet we had:-

RASMALAI:-This was a well-presented dish and tasted good too but certainly not the best. Needed to be a bit sweeter but the texture was really good.

SHAHI TUKDA: -This was not the normal Shahi tukda which we usually have. This was more on the crispier side. Definitely a highly recommended dish. The balance between the sweetness of the crispy sweet biscuit and the Rabdi was perfect ♥️

It was a wonderful experience eating at Punjab Grill Kalaghoda and Chef Jyoti Singh did wonders to the food and really exceeded our expectations of this place!
