Kamala Mills will soon see a restaurant that encapsulates the essence of India before partition. All set to open on July 11, we give you a sneak peek. More to follow soon.

What Is It?

Indicative of the Province of the North West Frontier, which included parts of Afghanistan, Pakistan and Punjab, before India was partitioned, The Frontier Post aims to recreate that era.

The cuisine will defined by a simplistic style of preparation, involving large chunks of meat or vegetables, sparsely marinated and slow cooked in a tandoor at high temperatures. Spices will be used to the right amount so as not to overpower the dish, but to just remain preserved in the flavour of the final product.

So, We're Saying...

If you’re looking to escape to a different time zone, give this a visit in July. Pairing a good seekh kebab with the monsoon has never been a bad idea.
