The Room examines the concept of no borders or boundaries within a fitness and lifestyle club. A series of graphic panels have been designed to represent each room within this fitness club concept. These panels verge on subtly rather than being figurative, embodying the luxurious, welcoming aspect of the room. These panels work together as a set, using the same simple linear elements to tell a unique story each time.
Space is divided into four rooms. The Cycling Room is dedicated to spinning/cycling. The Flow Room houses all the weights and utilities for personal training. The Balance Room is where yoga, Zumba, Pilates, aerobics and many other activities take place. And then there is my personal favorite - the Live-In Room, where you can chill out and relax after a strenuous class as well as replenish your system with some healthy bites from their cafe.
Each class is carefully crafted by a team of well-qualified and experienced professionals. They also have a specially crafted program called the iChange. A 30-day training plan, this one aims at bringing steady and significant changes to your fitness routine.
