Bokwa, a pure cardiovascular exercise clubbed with boxing and Kwaito-an African dance form is what you take up at this centre. This revolutionary technique was developed by South African fitness expert, Paul Mavi. Realizing that Kwaito was complicated for people, he replaced it with Bokwa, being easier that it is.
It requires you to illustrate alphabets and numbers with your feet, while you work out simultaneously. Apt for losing flab, it is much simpler when compared to choreographed exercises. All you need is a pair of exercise shoes and loose clothing to begin!

Timings: 7am – 12noon and 6pm – 8pm {Monday, Wednesday and Friday}

Cost : INR 350 for a trial class, INR 2500 for a month.
