What Makes It Awesome

Love piping hot bhajjis? Gorge on 5 types of this snack at this 40-year joint in Nana Peth. Aloo, gol, kanda, spinach and mirchi - hog on bhajis at Shelar Bhajiwale for just INR 20 per plate.

This small eatery situated right opposite to Nana Peth police chowki was started by Bhanudas and Shanta Shelar. An old and humble joint, they have been serving snacks to the locals as well as college kids and is an adda for those who want to snack on authentic bhajis.

Drop by in the old by lanes and sip on hot chai or other beverages for INR 15. We tried all kinds of bhajjis and absolutely loved it. Out of the five, we loved the aloo and palak bhajji the most. Spice lovers can also enjoy mirchi bhajjis. Crispy and tasty, they made for a perfect evening snack. If you love spice, don't forget to order their super-duper spicy chutney.

Not just bhajjis, you can also enjoy hot piping misal as well as other snacks like bread pakoda, batata wada and vada pav. We suggest you must end your meal with hot and yummy jalebis as it will balance out all the spice and INR 20!

They are also available on Zomato and Swiggy. If you do not like crowded lanes or are too lazy to step out, you can still savour these authentic delights by ordering online. Hosting a party or a function? They take orders too!
