Work on your overall fitness, cardio, and muscles through swimming at SLTC’s {Swimming and Lifesaving Training Center} facility in Yerwada. Housing three swimming pools – including an Olympic-sized one and another for deep-diving; you can sign up to learn how to swim, or {if you already know how} come to use the pool for exercise on your own. Both male and female coaches are available for training, if you’re more comfortable with the latter. You can also learn scuba diving, water polo, and/or lifesaving through classes that are conducted here.
Price: INR 2,550/20 days – assisted swimming/basic training for beginners. INR 500/month.
Timings: 6am – 11am, 4pm – 8pm. Monday Closed.
