So I recently discovered this small little cloud kitchen which is located in Viman Nagar, who specializes in all things fine. i.e. artisanal pastries, cookies and choux pastries.
Mon Choux (pronounced as Mon Shoo) delivers premium desserts, customized cakes and tea time snacks across Pune. The name is a fusion of the French endearment "MON CHOU" or "my sweet one" and "CHOU" a crisp pastry with silky fillings.
Mindful of what goes into their products, they choose unbleached flours over maida, butter over margarine, and silky coverture chocolate over greasy compound chocolate. They use natural flavours such as seasonal fruits, nut flours and natural alternatives sweeteners like jaggery for added complexity. Being a small batch artisanal kitchen allows them to source unique ingredients, such as Lebanese orange blossom water, Brazilian Tonka beans, Ceylon cinnamon and citrus oils. Their products are free from artificial preservatives.
