The Odd Gumnut is a Permaculture farm in the beautiful Sahyadri mountains. It is a multi-use community space: functioning as an organic farm, an education centre for all things permaculture & regenerative living, and the production house for Rise Up Kombucha (India's only zero-waste kombucha brand).
