If there are some things that can't quite be replicated at home, to perfection, it's&nbsp;mithai and chaat.&nbsp;Thankfully, Bhawan, a wonderful food delivery enterprise, is here at LBB's Dessert Bazaar to fix exactly that.&nbsp; And when you hear that the brains behind this are Kainaz Contractor and Rahul Dua, the folks behind <a href="https://lbb.in/delhi/rustoms-is-delivering-fantastic-parsi-8e4ca5" target="_blank">Rustom's</a>, you know there's going to be something interesting on offer as well. You'll go down memory lane with the pedas, ladoos, barfi&nbsp;and milk cake. Yup, it's India representation and not just the usual suspects of UP and Delhi favourites.&nbsp;Inspired by, and delivering chaat, snacks and mithai from all over India (for once!), to your doorstep, Bhawan is perfect to order from for that comfort food, and slice of nostalgia. Nothing like&nbsp;that motichoor laddoo which needs no special occasion! It just needs to be had. What we loved most about the dishes, the presentation and the flavours, are that they're not at all pretentious. They're just have a bit of a modern upgrade with ingredients. The core? Still on-point, and the peda is a peda, and the motichoor ladoo, a proper, old-school ladoo! When we had the food, it reminded us of our growing up years, sitting perhaps in Nani or Paati's courtyard, eating between games and climbing trees. The boxes of assorted mithai, is a near perfect way of going back to that feeling, but slightly elevated with additions like apple pie barfi or besan and hazelnut praline ladoo (seriously.)Some of the classics are left entirely untouched. Like the moong dal kachori. For a 2021 update though, pick the bacon kachori! Then there's the&nbsp;prawn stuffed dal papad which was absolutely decadent! Other classics and favourites are the mutton dahi bada and passionfruit coconut barfi. It's lovely to see representation from across the country as well, be it the dish or the names. Think Thayir Vade (the Tamil Dahi Vada) and Ghee Podi Upma.&nbsp;We cannot wait to try the Chorizo Pao Bread Pakoda. If it's an upgrade in the mithai world you're looking for, there is the Nutella Peda (which was absolutely fantastic), apple cinnamon barfi and the&nbsp;shrikand choux buns&nbsp;(fancy eh!), among others.&nbsp;You didn't think you needed that modernisation in your life, did you? But now that it's an option, we're 100 per cent ordering! Especially since the essence of all these dishes - be it the thalipeeth or the varqi lukhmi, have their original flavours intact. Just expect a touch of different, as you'd expect from anything Kainaz and Rahul do.&nbsp;
