How to use: | All their premixes have an option to add sugar substitutes like jaggery and alternatives to milk, making them vegan friendly. To make Churros you need (250gm pack): BawiWhisk premix, water, granulated sugar of any kind, cinnamon powder and sunflower oil for deep frying. Take 1 ½ cup of water with 1 tsp of oil and bring to a roaring boil. Take it off the flame and immediately empty contents of premix by adding it over the boiling water all at once. Mix in 5 circular motions until the water and premix combine making it a hard dough. Do not overmix. Leave to cool for 5 minutes. For churro shape, you can use a piping bag with a star nozzle or use a chakli maker with 1 cm nozzle. Alternatively, shape with hand into 0.5 cm cylinders, 6” long to deep fry. Deep fry until golden brown. While hot, roll in sugar & cinnamon mixture. Use brown sugar for VEGAN option. Serve with any sweet dip of your choice or with ice cream. tbsp = tablespoon tsp = teaspoon |
