| How to use: |
Directions of usage - 1. Take 2-3 drops of the essential oil and dilute it with a teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil and massage gently on your skin. 2. Can also be diluted with bathing water. 3. Dilute 2-3 drops of the essential oil in water and use in the diffuser. 4. Perform a patch test on the elbow and keep it for 30min. If irritation develops, discontinue usage. |
