Ever wondered why the refreshing beverage options in India are so limited? What's beyond just the overly sweet, aerated fizz? Well, Sarthak, the Co-Founder of Gunsberg Brewing had the same thoughts. That and he also missed his mom’s homemade ginger ale, so he decided to make some and share it with us all!&nbsp;Besides using a family recipe, Gunsberg’s two beverage options, Ginger Ale and Ginger Beer make use of the finest ingredients. Their ginger for one is sourced from, Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh, a place known for its amazing Indian ginger. What we love best is the fact that the ginger juice is freshly squeezed every morning before a new batch is processed! Also, since it’s all natural, these drinks also have good quality lemon juice and cane sugar. How are they different you ask? The beer is fermented, of course so it has a more rounded ginger flavour, is less sweet and more beer-y. Contrastingly, the ale is sharper and sweeter. These beverages were initially launched to be used as mixers, but surprisingly 80% of their customers love it straight up! This doesn’t mean you can whip up some kickass cocktails with them, Gunsberg’s Instagram has some cool recipes you can give a go. Both drinks are priced at INR 79 for a pint (325ml) and you can buy them in a pack of six too. Presently, Gunsberg Brewing sells and ships across India on Amazon and through their website too.
