I've got a few meals down in my repertoire that I can throw together in under 30 minutes - avocado toast, pasta and pancakes. But the problem is, they're all kind of basic and it gets boring eating the same thing over and over (and over) again. I liked that the dips and samosa filling wasn't too spicy and I got to choose exactly how I wanted it. The Gulab Jamun Doughnuts, though, were my favourite. I ended up cooking them in the air fryer instead of frying in oil and it totally worked!
