Our love for masala spans beyond just food and gossip. So much that someday, one fine person thought of beverages like&nbsp;masala chai, haldi doodh, and moru. Can't locate this genius, to show them our appreciation but we can deffo thank Barni Foods.&nbsp;This homegrown brand handcrafts Ms Shalini's family recipes (her grandma was quite the masala queen) of beverage masala mixes for us to enjoy and go (commercial-like) -- "Wah! Barni!" after each sip. These are all locally sourced ingredients, so the quality too, is what you would find at home. On days when the heat gets to you (both temperature and daily-pressure wise), we say whip up a natural cool drink with Barni's Nimbu Paani Masala, Pudina Lassi Masala or Tadka Chaach Masala. We're going the chaach aka moru route, it has curry leaves and mustard seeds, yum.&nbsp; More of a kadak chai person, no worries! Barni's Kadak Chai Masala has been loved for generations. Can't divulge all the ingredients, but we hear it has fennel seeds and star anise. If haldi doodh is a nighttime ritual, get the Healthy Haldi Masala that promises to boost immunity.&nbsp; These mixes come in glass jars of 20gm or 50gm, with prices starting as low as INR 39. There's a sampler pack with all the mixes for INR 300 too.&nbsp;

Healthy Haldi To Tadka Chaach: These Beverage Masalas Breathe Life Into Drinks!

Barni foods have come up with handpicked and selectively curated premium Beverage Masala Mix. 

So I ordered their combo pack from their site. It was nicely packed in glass bottles and was delivered on time. The combo consist - Nimbu Paani Masala, Kadak Chai Masala, Healthy Haldi Mix, Tadka Chaach Masala, Pudina Lassi Masala.

My favourite was Tadka Chaach masala, which can be simply added to the Chaach and enjoyed with the meal. Nimbu Paani masala can be used for both sweet or salty, water or Soda. I prefer the sweet and salty Soda Nimbu masala.

So, don't be a bummer, just enjoy your summer with Barni Beverage Masala. Order it for your friends and family.
