How to use: | 1.Take 100g of (1cup) of Kamaleya Multi Millet Dosa mix and add 160ml (1 and ½cup) of water. 2. Allow the batter to stand for 2 min. Heat the dosa tava and pour one ladle of batter on the dosa tava and pour 1 tsp of oil and roast both sides on medium flame. 3. For extra flavor, you can add grated coconut, chopped vegetables, coriander, or curry leaves 4. Serve hot with sambar or coconut chutney. |
