| How to use: | All their premixes have an option to add sugar substitutes like jaggery and alternatives to milk, making them vegan friendly. To make pancakes you need (250gm pack, servings = 10 pancakes (5 to 6-inch each)) : BawiWhisk premix, Cold milk & Butter (Or replace with Soya milk & Oil for VEGAN option). Take all the premix contents, 1 & 2/3rd cups of cold milk, 6 tbsp of oil or melted butter. Whisk in a bowl until smooth. Heat oil on a non-stick pan. Drop dollops of batter into the pan. Cook until air bubbles appear on top of the pancakes. Do not flip each pancake more than once. To make waffles you need : Follow the instructions above however reduce the oil or butter to 3 ½ tbsp. Serve hot with syrup & fruit toppings. |
