Hapup is a Hyderabad-based startup that specialises in nutritious multi millet mixes. From 6-month-old infants to adults, these mixes can be consumed by anyone. All the products at Hapup are homemade, handmade and nutritious that makes it palatable for almost anyone. It is said that necessity&nbsp;is the mother of invention and that's what led Shruti Ajmera-Reddy (founder of Hapup) to float this startup. The lack of healthy food, rich in nutrition, when Shruthi's baby was 6-months old, introduced her to the world of traditionally and organically grown millets. Soon, one thing led to another, and Shruthi began working with&nbsp;National Institute of Nutrition and pediatricians to seek feedback and understand how beneficial millet mixes are. At the moment, Hapup has three mixes&nbsp;— Sprouted Millet Mix with kidney beans and horse gram, Plain Millet Mix that is loaded with red rice and dry fruits and the Sprouted Ragi Mix that has a subtle hit of cardamom. These are homemade by implementing old-time and enduring methods like sprouting, sun drying, and stone grinding. If you are the kind that always skips on breakfast, you might want to give this one a shot.
