Congratulations! You've successfully registered for our exciting Decor Contest. We're thrilled to have you on board.Before you dive in, here are terms & conditions of the contest:
Eligibility: The contest is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are legal residents of India. Participants must have a valid Instagram account and provide all requested details in the submission form to be eligible.
Submission Requirements:
Participants must fill out the provided form, including their email, full name, city of residence, Instagram handle, YouTube handle (if any), Pinterest handle (if any), and a Drive link or Instagram link to the video they wish to submit as their entry.
All videos must be original content created by the participant and should not contain any copyrighted material unless the participant has permission to use it.
By submitting a video, participants consent to allow the organizers to repost their video on Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest as part of the contest promotion.
Selection Process:
After the submission period ends, the organizers will review all entries and select the top 5 videos based on the quality and aesthetics of the video.
The selected videos will be uploaded in collaboration with the respective creators on the organizer's social media platforms.
Winning Criteria:
The winner will be determined by the video with the maximum engagement (likes, comments, shares) across the organizer's social media platforms.
Engagement will be measured over a specified period, which will be communicated to the selected creators.
Prize:
The creator with the highest engagement on their video will receive products worth ₹40,000.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
Intellectual Property:
By entering the contest, participants grant the organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the submitted videos in connection with the contest and for promotional purposes.
Participants retain ownership of their videos but agree that the organizers can use their videos in promotional content.
Disqualification:
The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions or submits content that is inappropriate, offensive, or violates any laws.
Liability:
The organizers are not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to the loss of data, delays, or interruptions in the submission process.
The organizers are not liable for any claims arising from the use of the submitted videos.
Privacy:
Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of the contest and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
General Conditions:
The organizers reserve the right to modify or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
By participating in the contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Governing Law:
The contest and its terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
