Irfan Pabaney is the Owner & Head Chef of The Sassy Spoon restaurants in Mumbai and Pune, as well as the bakery & patisserie brand, Sassy Teaspoon. He has been at the helm of some of the most notable restaurants in his 23 years in the restaurant business. Under the Over, Seijo and the Soul Dish, Indigo and Hakkasan have all been important stops on his culinary journey over the past couple of decades. His food philosophy is simple- ‘Great Food Never Tastes Like It's Trying Too Hard.’
