Run out of a rickety truck on Tannery Road, Anees’ kebabs, sheekh, and phall bring in the crowds. We recommend that you start off with phall, where thin slivers of beef are cooked on top of a stone. The smokiness on this one is delicious. The sheekh and the kababs, that are dressed up in a fiery masala before they hit the pan, are best had at home with a glass of your favorite tipple.
