Botanica is located Opposite the opera house. This place is near Grant road. 5 minutes walking distance from the station. It is an excellent place for brunch and dinner. They serve pure veg food only. And the best part of this place is that they serve pure Jain food as well.
Once you enter, you can see a small mocktail bar and besides that, there is a huge family and a big table with various country's wall clock. This place looks gorgeous in the daytime. Staff was quite attentive, service was also quite quick.
I tried,
Botanica cooler:
A tangy and refreshing drink made with orange juice, mint, pomegranate and cinnamon flavour.
Botanica martini:
If you really love some spicy flavoured mocktail then you should definitely try this. Made with jalapeños, olives and tonic water in a classic martini. The presentation was amazing.
Zucchini and cheese roll:
Zucchini slices rolled with cottage cheese and topped with cheddar cheese. Along with the rolls they had served mint Mayonnaise.
Crispy Lotus steam:
Crispy Lotus steams tossed in chef special seasoning sauce along with some baby corn and bell peppers. Spicy and sweet in taste.
Exotic mushroom dim sum:
Attractive red coloured dim sum, stuffed with chopped mushroom. Also served with 2 different types of dips.
Avocado, asparagus and cream cheese sushi:
Sushi prepared with sticky rice, asparagus and cream cheese. Avocado slices had been added on top. Served with Soya sauce, ginger pickle and Wasabi.
Avocado ice-cream:
Have you ever heard or tried avocado ice-cream?? If not then definitely you should try this ice-cream. It was amazing. They serve housemade ice-cream.
