Indiana Waters: A place that exudes pure class and has a perfect fine dining experience. At times what matters is an experience which can be cherished for long with flavoursome food being part of it. This place is surely among the ones that will impress you with their culinary skills and expertise. My recent visit here, made me conclude that it holds a lot of potentials and it surely deserves to be on my all-time wishlist. Visit with your friends, colleagues or family; they will greet you with a smile and serve you the best from their extensive menu. The menu holds a lot to offer. Be it Indian food delicacies or from Chinese cuisine, you can opt for the suggested ones by them. The ambience will leave you awestruck. The moment you enter, you see a huge place that can host a large number at times. The soothing decor and thoughtfully designed interiors will mesmerize you. What made me think more about it was a fish tank setup under your table made completely of glass. You can enjoy the beauty of this setup and appreciate the way it is executed so well.
Here is what I had :
✨Appetizers✨
Bikaneri Seekh Kebab - I was curious to have this as it had that bikaneri twist to it. These classic kebabs are made of finely grated veggies and cottage cheese. They are shaped on skewers and put on tandoor, grilled till they are perfect. The famous bikaneri sev is coated over the kebabs that add that extra crunchy texture to it. Soft from inside while crunchy from outside. It also holds a smoky flavour which is quite prominent. They are served with fresh salad and mint chutney. The combination of both will mesmerize you. A great twist to the classic Appetizer.
Highly Recommended.
✨Mains✨
Dal Tadka Fauladi - None other Dal can actually challenge this classic delicacy. The yellow lentils are cooked with onions, tomatoes, garlic, and base spices. The Dal is cooked till it gets a thick and rich consistency. It is further topped with Tadka of chilli, garlic and cumin. The Tadka adds a whole lot of different flavour and twist to it. Medium spicy but good enough to tickle your taste buds. Loved the preparation and presentation. Have this with Jeera rice or with garlic naan and you won't be disappointed. Such delicacies are hard to find. Highly Recommended.
Paneer Tikka Masala - The secret lies in marination and technique of making it. Fresh creamy paneer cubes are skewed with bell peppers, onions and so. They are then put on tandoor till all the ingredients blend well with each other. Initially, the paneer cubes are marinated with spices and yogurt. They are kept aside till all the flavours are soaked. After tandoor, they are all cooked in a thick and spicy gravy made of onions, tomatoes, and fresh cream. The right balance of ingredients makes it tasty. The cream is used in smaller quantity to add that richness to the gravy. Have it with cheese garlic naan or butter roti. A perfect north Indian veggie is all set to savour. Highly Recommended.
✨Dessert✨
Gajar Ka Halwa - This Indian dessert is specially handcrafted during the season when carrots are ample. However, my craving for this delectable sin made me order it almost immediately. Had not many expectations but was curious to see how well they can deliver. They were quick enough to serve. This halwa was loaded with dry fruits like cashew nuts, raisins, and almonds. Perfectly sweetened and balanced which made it even more delicious. Was amazed to see how good it was presented and made. I kept having it till the last and savored it like never before. Served hot with all those dry fruits sauteed in pure ghee.
Highly Recommended.
