-Desert Storm (Cocktail): Whisky based drink with clove shrub and shaken with Gulkand and served with flavoured butterfly pea flower foam which is used to create a storm. Definitely not a miss if you're visiting Bayroute.
-Lotus Biscuit Drink: Drink made up of blended lotus biscuits with milk and vanilla Icecream. People who prefer sweeter drinks should go for this one.
-Blue Breeze (Cocktail): Frozen Gin syrup with Blue Curacao and served with cheese and cherry sticks on the side. Quite appealing to the eye.
-Drunken Marshmallow (Cocktail): Vodka soused marshmallows dusted with coloured sugar and along with it a shot to try. Well, you can miss out on this one.
-Ispanak Mantar: Cream of spinach and mushrooms topped with kashkaval, onions and pine nuts. Absolutely delicious.
-Halloumi Cigars: Crisp pastry wrapped halloumi served with peach caramelized onions. Well, its sort of cigar rolls with the filling of cheese inside it.
-Baharatli Hummus: Tunisian spicy chilli pepper infused hummus served with pita bread and salads. Well not a fan of hummus, but this place serves really delicious hummus.
-Koshari: Egyptian dish made up of rice, pasta and added on lentils, golden fried onions, chickpeas, chilli garlic sauce. A must try. Absolutely amazing. Loved this dish. Rice so properly cooked and chickpeas and pasta making it more delicious.
-Baklava (Dessert): Layered Phyllo pastry with almonds and pistachio served with gulkand icecream and rose brittles. A perfect end to a perfect meal.
-Chocolate Fondant: Molten chocolate served with honey crush Icecream chocolate rocks and a fresh berry.
