Eggcellent Idea: This Mumbai Eatery Has An Entire Menu Dedicated To Just Eggs

Thane-based eatery, Everyday Anday has caught our attention with its 10-page long menu that’s entirely dedicated to eggs. We eggs-plore further.

With both its outlets in Thane, Everyday Anday has our vote because of its innovative dishes with the main ingredient which is just the egg. Starting with nine types of omelettes, it moves on to bhurji, rice specials, egg creations and curries.

We found the presence of balchao egg curry {INR 160}, grilled chicken omelette {INR 150}, farmers’ omelette {INR 130} on the menu to be endearing. Egg lovers, you can sift through any page on the menu, and you’ll be delighted. Okay, we’re lying a little – there’s one page for vegetarians as well.

We wish they were available all over Mumbai, for there’s nothing better than eggs for brekkie to start a hectic day!
