While the Sun was still shining bright, the evening started with a gentle ice breaker and a welcome drink with a clear focus on how to create that 'Perfect blended Cocktail'. Hailing from Berlin and working across the globe including many financial cities, Philip Bischoff had an interesting take on creating the perfect blend while using the right spirit, and ingredients. We were served a variety of Cocktails which had a base of Glenmorangie, Hennessy & Belvedere and the discussion point was around Liqueur, Measure, Garnish, Shot Glass, Splash, Sugar Syrup, Twist, Double Strained and Bitters.
While the sun eventually disappeared, most of us sunk into our glasses and experienced sheer magic and the simplicity in each of the drink. Truly a masterclass.
