What Makes It Awesome?

Global Fusion - The lavish spread you need to pamper yourself with.

Sunday lunch buffet at this place was quite the extraordinary deal one can ask for. It’s commendable and heartwarming to enter this place and see what it has to offer.

Their ambiance is just impeccable. Done perfectly with the lights/decors with their display of its food.
In fact, smartness is what id actually go with - Two luxurious sections one for the vegetarians and the other for the non-vegetarians. And guess what? Brownie points for their kitchen having respected the space too.

Some of the dishes tired here globally -

Cocktails -

Blue Frog - Redbull based LIIT. Was disappointed with this. Felt all the concoctions mixed couldn’t match up with the general “kick”. The ice cubes technically overpowered the taste of the spirits.

Soups -

Lemon Coriander Soup - subtle blend of the Lemon/coriander. Came in hot which was great. The lightness of the ingredients could be felt across the palate.

Veg Manchow Soup - used to feel dicy while ordering one anywhere. This one changes my perception. Nothing to beat the macho kick with a sense of gentleness in its flavor. Neither hot nor spicy. Perhaps the best manchow tasted so far.

Starters -

Exotic Veg Cheese Balls - Gooey on the fromage front. Great texture. Stands out for a soft and cheesy experience.

Veg Samoset and Amritsari Tikka was a decent take on the potato fillings. Vegetables mashed well along with the Indian herbs and spices inside. Also goes really well with the red/green chutney. However, the falafel was a bit dry and needs a check.

Some part of the starters/dimsums has this coupon or a chit like an arrangement. A bowl of the name displayed inside the chit is kept next to the dish. Pick what you like and hand it over to the captain who’s serving you on your table. And in no time, Viola! The dish has arrived in a fine portion.

There were 14 of them on display and you just can’t select one as your favorite. Most recommend would be - Veg quesadillas, Char Grilled Cottage Cheese and the Rosti Potato Bruschetta.

Tried their Vegetarian Sushis too. Was quite the interesting dish on our table. Neatly wrapped, the apt blandness and the precise taste for eating one close to the regular non-vegetarian variant. Served along soy and the wasabi sauce.

Being this stuffed with their variety, it was time to skip directly to desserts.

Mango Shot - This one was just so smooth and creamy. Served chilled in a nice shot glass.

Mixed Fruit Shot- blend of condensed milk and the fruits inside. Loved this one too.

The entree of this place is quite like this quintessential Bollywood scenario - The hero who saves his lover and the movie for the perfect happy ending. What I mean is it’s a saving grace for Atria Mall that lacked the hype and buzz all this while.

It’s a visual treat and an experience you just can’t afford to miss out on. Priced I guess at just 1699 plus taxes includes the entire spread along wine is definitely irresistible for a family Sunday time.

Way to go guys! Cheers!
