Indian Cuisine has come along way and as they say never forget your roots, in search of the roots we discovered this place called Class Thali which is situated 10 mins away to Juhu Beach
As soon we entered the place we were welcomed with warmth from the staff and as we took our place and waited for our Thali of the day to arrive we were given a little back history of the place and lovely food that we would be served
Now describing the Thali it was enormous with loads of variety in savoury and sweet and looked extremely colourful, For the Starters, we had Veg Spring Roll and Dhokla served along with Theeki and Meethi Chatni a total treat for us.
For the Mains we had:
Paneer Sabji exceptionally yummy
Moong Sabji which was lovely as well
Bhaigan Bharta, not that typical Bharta again a whole lot of tasty
And Aloo Bhaji extremely filling
Along with we served hot Chapatis topped with loads of Ghee, also we had Puris and Bajri Roti a healthy thing.
Then coming to their Dals which had 3 different variety that is Sweet Dal, Spicy Dal and Dal Dhokli my favourite one from here and also Gujarati Dahi Kali which was served to pipe hot and loved it. To accompany Dal we had the steamed rice and Moong Khichdi which is by far the best one I had
Then in the Sides, we were served Papad, Salad and Garlic Chutney which was yummy and spicy. The whole meal wasn't complete without the Desserts which had Hot Jalebis, Jaggery Crushed and Fruit Custard. And lastly to quench our thirst we were served with Cold Buttermilk which was the very nice and refreshing.
Now talking about this place, every day it has a new menu and this Thali place is unlimited means you can eat till fullest also their pricing is reasonable for per person. The only catch is no Thali Sharing is allowed.
