If you’re a sometimes-disgruntled North Indian on the hunt for good raj kachoris and authentic gol gappa in Mumbai, you’ll be happy to know that Bikanervala has opened up in Vashi.

The delicious snack and sweet joint that haunts almost every corner of Delhi, Punjab and other parts of North Indian, has finally just opened up a branch in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. This has opened up as a three-storey shop with different sections dedicated to dry snacks sold over the counter such as packets of bhujiya, dal-mot, moong dal, and Bengali sweets made of both ghee and milk, ladoos, pethas, son papdi, kaju ki katli and more.

The most exciting bit is definitely the chaat dishes you get there from gol gappa, aloo tikki, pao bhaji, dahi bhalla are only a few. Then there’s different types of samosa, kachoris, patties, kulche to devour as well.

Don’t be too surprised if you ever catch us over there with a plate of chole kulche in one hand, samosa in the other and balancing a bowl of gol gappa between the two.
