I tried the following:
Kathal Biryani (served In a Handi) this came with Salan (Hyderabadi Speciality) Jackfruit and I normally don't gel but frankly could not figure out as the balance was just perfect. No Oil. Long Grain Basmati Rice. Here the Jackfruit is marinated freshly with BBK spices and layered. Slow Cooking is the key. End result = YUM. Go for it.
Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani was next on the list (served with Salan) 1/2 kg has about 3/4 pieces fresh chicken marinated with their special BBK spices. One thing - No trace of oil which is a hallmark of a good Biryani. Would have loved to try the Peshawari Chole Biryani (next time)
Veg Galouti kabab - Lucknowi specialty. Minced vegetables finely chopped with spices which turned out to be really good.
Mutton Galouti Kebab- Can serve 2/3 people. Here I found it a tad salty though it had a lovely texture and sheen. In spite of the travel time. This is all about balance/texture/ spices/minced mutton.
Their Kormas and Curries come with Ulta Tawa ka Paratha. Unfortunately could not try the Phirni (They have 250 gms/500 Gms) Heard even the Daastan - E - Gul is good.
One can Order their celebration menu. Party packs (different prices) which cater to 2/3 or 4/5 or even 8/10 people. Check with the restaurant.
