Chaubara 601 is basically a North Indian Mughlai cuisine restaurant. What amazed me here was a relaxing warm interior with a Dhaba look and shamaiyana seating.
Coming to food,
Starter:
Manchow soup: It was really perfect to taste not much punching flavours nor much hard on flavours. Really liked it.
Gulati kabab: They were really good to taste, liked the crispy outside soft inside texture of it. Served with some finely chopped veggies.
Dhai ke kabab: They were really good to taste again served in same way with some Veggies liked this looked alike but flavours were really different
Paneer achari tikka : It was good to taste but then chewy paneer ruined it a bit.
Main course:
Dal bhukara: Now this is really good, loved it simply not much oily, really creamy and good to taste can compete for one of the 3 star's dal.
Mix vegetable: This was again really good, high on flavours. finely chopped veggies with paneer crumble was amazing to taste, loved it
Cheese garlic naan : It wasn't chewy at all, it was perfectly soft and loved the way cheese was sprinkled perfectly but then missed garlic a bit.
Lassi : It was thick, served cold and not sour at all but then missed malai on top.
Can visit, won't get disappointed.
