Their Avocado Gazpacho is also a delight, and so healthy at the same time. Don't forget to try them!

Chilled Watermelon Or Seasonal Fruit Gazpacho

Served in Mustard, the famed restaurant that sits inside Atria Mall, this chilled favourite is made up of watermelon and chopped coriander. There's another variant that's made up of seasonal fruits.

The restaurant stands out as one of the better well-balanced food destinations in the city, with every order or dish served that is usually a hit. With fresh ingredients that take you places this summer, what’s not to love?

The only thing to keep in mind is that the chilled soup is a part of the Sunday Brunch menu, so make your way here on a lazy Sunday and have your fill.

Chilled Melon Gazpacho

Chef Hemant Oberoi’s restaurant certainly has some gems, one of them being a refreshing summer cooler that has melon as the base, coconut snow, saffron as a topping and a mix of melons as a garnish. This is probably the next best thing to a vacay at some beach resort.

You can also pick from an option of Apple or Tomato Gazpacho, if that's more of your thing.

Boteco is one place we love to head to, for all of its food, and there's just no exception even when summer's kicked in. We've been told that the chef will whip up a delicious beetroot chilled soup or even an orange and carrot cold soup that's not on the menu.

But, make sure you make your way there soon enough, as the chef likes to surprise you with a different menu ever so often.
