What Makes It Awesome?

At Sante Spa Cuisine inspiration is drawn from ancient Indian culture and Western cuisines to create a unique and inspiring menu of innovative spa cuisine with light, healthy, and nutritious dishes.

The food is prepared from whole grains, fresh fruits, and vegetables sourced from farmers directly.

Each dish is designed to be well balanced and easily digestible, providing the body with an optimum amount of energy. Sante Spa’s menu aims to introduce a wide range of whole, natural foods to guests, without compromising on taste.

Healthy food is always considered tasteless and boring, but this place serves healthy food which is quite delicious.

They use recycled furniture, the lamps are made up of cardboard, the straw is made up of leaves, and the cutlery is either wooden or clay {painted with turmeric, giving it yellowish colour}. They mostly use eco-friendly method right from cutlery to decoration.

They have replaced sugar with Khandsai {unrefined raw white sugar made from thickened sugarcane syrup} and replaced salt with Himalayan salt.

My recommendation will be healthy hummus, one that's prepared with beetroot and another variant that's prepared with spinach, and the pita bread here is replaced with multigrain Khakra and trust me this dish is so delicious that I basically wiped hummus off the plate.

Carbon Dimsums, so the maida/multipurpose flour is replaced with activated Charcoal Tapioca and steamed with black olives and hot black bean.

Don't forget to try their Vegan Farm Fresh pizza, with a Nachni base, this pizza is topped with vegetables and cashew cheese.

In drinks, you can try Pink Lemonade, which is lemonade mixed with beetroot {that’s how it gets its pink colour} for sweetness and pinch of Himalayan Salt.

The Chilled Turmeric Coco Latte, this one is prepared with coconut milk {that’s how the drink is sweet} and mixed with turmeric. This drink is definitely healthy and refreshing at the same time.

For dessert, order Jamun Cheesecake, which is prepared with yogurt, paneer, and jamun. Although it is a Cheesecake, it is definitely healthy, so no need to worry about consuming extra calories.

Overall, this place honestly serves healthy food, so eat as much as you want without worrying about consuming calories and fat.
